Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories and labels).
Additional non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items unless they are defective upon arrival:

Any item that shows signs of use or washing

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Promotional or clearance items
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:

The item is not in its original condition (e.g. missing parts or damaged not due to our error)

The return request is made after the 30-day window

Packaging is incomplete or the product shows signs of use
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning high-value items (e.g. umbrellas, UV clothing sets, rain boots), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
